A Few Reminders:

Middle School Big Creek Mission Trip Team Meeting

This Sunday, July 15 @ Noon

This meeting is for students and parents. Please bring your completed Big Creek Permission & Release form. If you have misplaced it, it is available at

Carol Burgener will be at the meeting to notarize your form for you. We also need a copy of your insurance card.

Pastor Adam will have information for parents and students about the trip and his expectations for the team.

The meeting will be at noon in the BOX. Carol Burgener will be available in her office after the worship service until noon. You may use that time, if you wish, to photocopy your insurance card and get your form notarized before the meeting.

If you are helping with Children’s Sunday morning VBS program, be in the back hallway (by rooms 13-17) by 10:15 Sunday morning.

HS Summer Book Study: Our next meeting will be this Sunday 7/15 at 6pm. Read chapters 3-5.

Teens in Ministry
Remember– TIM is now “2nd hour” Teens in Ministry is our ministry to GBC Children on Sunday mornings.  Teens serve during the worship hour.  If you cannot serve, please try to trade with someone else. With the new Sunday morning GBC schedule, please be sure your parents can stay until noon on the mornings you serve.  Your classroom needs you to be there until the end of class.
